Last year I dealt with a lot of emotional issues that caused me to gain some serious weight - 22lbs to be exact - from late 2009 to early 2010. I sat with that weight until August of 2010 when I got annoyed enough with the number on the scale and with avoiding the emotional baggage I had definitely carried in from 2009, so I decided to do something about it and I did. I lost 20lbs from August of 2010 to the end of November 2010! And that's where I've been sitting since. My weight loss was placed on a back burner when getting ready for finals, moving, the holidays, more moving and then the upcoming deployment. I fluctuated between two and four pounds for the past five months.
This past week's workouts :
Sunday, March 27th : None
Monday, March 28th : 30 minutes of P90X Core Synergistics
Tuesday, March 29th : W1D1 of C25k
Wednesday, March 30th : P90X CardioX
Thursday, March 31st : None
Friday, April 1st : None
Saturday, April 2nd : W1D2 of C25k, P90X KenpoX
Favorite workout thus far : KenpoX! I loved it! It's more along the lines of shadow boxing and I found that I highly enjoyed it!

152.8lbs

150.6lbs
First week and I'm down -2.2lbs :)

I'm hoping that you will be a good motivator for me. I need to lose some weight. Also, I've asked M to be my running partner. He may kill me, but I think that he will keep me going when I want to quit. I'm scared to start!
