That sounds like a lot of fun stuff! (especially the massages).
When I read your "cut meat out for a week" goal I thought of the Ellen DeGeneres show i saw yesterday. She had this lady names Kathy Freston on who is vegan and she was telling ellen about meat-less products like "chicken" and "beef". They are made by a brand called Gardein. This might help with cutting meat out for a weak. Who knows you may end up liking it better than meat.
One of my goals is to read the Chronicles of Narnia too! They're sitting on the shelf just waiting for me to start...
And I agree with the above poster - the fake meat products are amazing! Check out the morningstar farms stuff too. I love it.
I love this list - best of luck doing Couch to 5K that's one of my goals for the summer as well.
I also have to approve of you visiting my Motherland. If you're near Ottawa or Montreal you won't regret it - both amazing cities!
They all sound like fun goals, I hope you do each & every one of them!
