So, time to pick the 30-day meme back up.
Today is Day 14 : A show you're currently addicted to.
I love October for many reasons, but one of the biggest is because all the ghost/paranormal shows are back on air. I know the show Ghost Hunters airs on and off throughout the year, but I don't watch that anymore. I'm tired of watching them go into a location, sit and chat and then go through their evidence at the end. BORING.
But I do love me some Ghost Adventures with Zak Bagans, Nick Groff and Aaron Goodwin. Instead of visiting a location for a few hours, hoping to get evidence of the paranormal and a big camera crew following them around, they are locked into the location for at least 12 hours. Also nice, they show the evidence as it happens AND there's not a big camera crew following them around. It's just the three of them with their own cameras and recorders. Also, forget the monotone questions like Ghost Hunters ask, they speak to ghosts with emotions, trying to provoke them. They will also reenact certain things to provoke the spirits.
Sometimes it takes me a day or two to get through a show because I get so weirded out while watching it. Yes, I'm a big baby when it comes to scary things.
Ghost Adventures comes on Fridays at 9/8c on the Travel Channel.
Hilarious spoof. But seriously, if you're into the paranormal, I'd recommend this show.

I love those ghost shows! I like whichever one is TAPS the best though because they're very methodical and they try to disprove the evidence. So when there is something scary it seems more legit!
I am so addicted to this show too! Is the new season on yet? I tried to find online when it started and I couldn't. Being that we don't have American tv I am in the dark here... HA! But I love this show. I love how they go in there like badasses with their bedazzled Ed Hardy shirts and proceed to scare themselves and scream like girls. AWESOME!
